@Sweetsound - I remembered 'walnuts' - made a Sacher Torte yesterday, but based on ground almonds (and glutenfree) worked out perfect and will save half for daughter who was supposed to come over, but was too busy catching up on 'stuff' - she has had Covid (was out of work for one week only, though, but works in own business, so lost money, I did help her out though) - but violin lessons, practice etc. so I let her off.
