I have been thinking if somebody had the Cash to Buy up ALL of the CR Shortfall Shares at 13 Cents
But could previously afford to find AND Buy 3x as many Shares On Market at 8 cents
Would that be a Nice Little Earned for a Hedge Funder ??
I certainly would if I could - But I cant !! Oilf.
