Well for a start everything can only unfold as it should otherwise the dream machine would have no lessons to teach...
SM is most likely so sick of the delays himself that he can't bear to visit the multitude of reasons for the massive delays put up by the "dithering" around by the people in charge of getting this document done and dusted.
We must understand SM is sitting in shit creek as far as progress goes...all seems to be on hold for some unknown reason but the whole shebang will work itself out there are many things behind the scenes that are being put in place so it is all ahead once this effing PPSA finally arrives.
I don't want to think about what the situation would develop into if for some strange occurrence the PPSA is delayed or even cancelled. That would be unbearable but would it then create a situation that would force a sell out? From SM dismissing the PPSA as an important document back a couple of years ago to now seems like an age. My main issue is how he could put unimportant on the issue when at this stage it seems pivotal.
