I totally agree catch. Dealing with African governments is extremely hard and not without corruption scenarios being involved. Scott has done a wonderful job so far but I'm still counting only on the original lease. The gazetting of the second lease should have been done well and truly by now. Ivz will not realise the seismic for the second lease till this is finalised and we'll they shouldn't.
