Yep agreed only $15k volume is small. But the willingness to buy 400% above share price or 75 cents USD or AUD equivalent $1.05. Thats Purchasing above $1 AUD per 1 IVZ share while our share price is massively undervalued at 16.5 cents going into Seismic.
Another way too look at it. Lets say their average purchase price was $1, equivalent to 15,000 shares purchase. If they had purchased on the ASX they would have received 95,000 shares at 16.5 cents.
Question is what do they know that we dont??
