I'd be very careful buying any overhyped stocks.
Wait for it to settle IMO.
Best to look at it dispassionately and try to understand the size of the potential market and the likelihood of getting to market at all.
Then you can compare market caps with other stocks entering ph2 trials. It's only a very rough guide but better than nothing.
The trial they are starting is very small; only 16 subjects. Cheap but too small to give any reliable signals on efficacy. Data will be available 1h 2020 so there's not too much of a hurry to get in.
At a glance, maybe BIT would be a reasonable comparison, although it is also overhyped IMO.
It has a $50m MC with arguably a larger potential market. Not sure that they will ever actually get to market though...
One thing to consider is whether or not an injectable drug is going to be a big seller. A much harder sell IMO.
Personally, I think $30 to $40m is reasonable which is 60 to 70c although others will disagree.
