The QE for the most part is just digital money and does not for the most part get out of the banks and Wall St /Fed and into the public arena, this is why there has not been inflation.
If you print money and put trillions out into the public arena well you will have inflation in spades.
This is why it hasn't been done. It would be Trillions and it would spark uncontrollable inflation or devaluing of the currencies.
