to end, as explained, what has gone "over your head" is the very matter of brain conditions, lesions, chemical imbalances, undeveloped neural structures, etc.
your wrong & harmful focus/emphasis on the significance of these things is like a man searching for a fish, seeing a snake, and mistaking the snake for a fish
these problems are just like the fish throbbing on land or the neurological sensations felt by the primitive nervous system of a foetus
you probably superstitiously believe these neurological sensations & vibrations are 'suffering'
this is the same as believing giving birth, aging, sickness & death are suffering
when Buddha 1st taught, he said unenlightened people take giving birth, aging, sickness & death to be suffering
Buddha taught, in reality, all suffering as attaching to life's conditions as a "self"
but it seems the ego in the mind is so large, & refuses to blame itself for it problems, it wants to blame chemicals
