"We are all three times condemned due to inherited sin, imputed sin, and personal sin. The only just penalty for this sin is death (Romans 6:23), not just physical death but eternal death (Revelation 20:11-15). Thankfully, inherited sin, imputed sin, and personal sin have all been crucified on the cross of Jesus, and now by faith in Jesus Christ as the Savior “we have redemption."

Conclusion: neither people that died in their yearly infancy nor any of those that never heard about Jesus nor any good people that believed in a different deity can ever expect to be forgiven for mankind's original sin. They all will be punished twice. Once here on hearth with physical death and a second time with eternal death after their resurrection.

QUESTION: A cannibal who during his last days had all cells in his body made from nutrients derived from the flesh of his victims be able to regain his body on resurrection?
