There's no point to any of it. In reality, the Israel leadership has always been trying to quell a terrorist Islamist group of the day (today: Hamas) that wants the destruction of Israel and Jews, and to claim the entire region. It's been like that since 17% was to be partitioned towards Jewish Palestinians, and the other 83% to the Arab Palestinians - and the Arabs have rejected every offer, including the first, ever since. So Israel's damned either way whatever means are attempted at peace, whether or not the optics appear a little blurry around the edges. Though you know this,

'beg', 'ask enthusiastically', 'request'... more lexicon, doesn't it change the effective meaning. As screenbender alluded to, Fatah (or any of the Pali leaders) have never wanted peace though I wonder if the Pali people themselves truly want peace given the amount of Islamist inculcation in their society.

Does it (beg) matter, and why would it?

The Gazan/WB Islamist leadership ultimately don't want peace. The holy Jihad dictates they want the whole region for Caliphate as they have always stated since the beginning, and won't stop until hell freezes over or they meet their maker with 72 virgins in paradise. Though you would have known this.

'Unworthy' is a quirk of playing with semantics - It's meaning is relative to the desires of both sides. Hamas desire is the total destruction of Israel as per the Hamas Charter, so would be no revelation to you.

You ask a lot of petty and pointless questions. None of them really matter or amount to anything constructive when you're dealing with treacherous and dishonorable Islamist terrorists like Hamas who are hellbent on destruction and staying in the Middle Ages or whatever backward period it is from since the inception of their religion.
