But here is something for you to think about: Think about many thousands of young Jews, school kids from Israel, flown to Poland every year for a tour of Auschwitz ??
Do you think that this is the right approach to building up new generations of Israel's Jews? Will these young Jews feel more accepted by the world?
Or, will these trips reinforce in them the sense of 'we are very different', "the whole world has been and still is after us" ??
Instilling in them this sense that the whole world hates Jews, although now, after the world have witnessed what Israel has been doing in Gaza and the WB I don't know....
Go find on the internet pics of all these Israeli youth in Auschwitz wrapped in Israel's flags, weeping and hugging one another, looking clearly distressed. What trips like these do to a young and still forming mind?
