I have been a member of HC for about 12 years, maybe longer, but I have never ever looked at or used this location.
I have been developing a service that needs a JV partner to take to commercial stage. I am unsure about the purpose of this specific location, is it to present a possibility or only discuss new listings in the market place?
I do not require a great amount of money, I can say that a confidentiality agreement would have to be in place before anything is released , but what has been developed has extremely high potential to dominate the specific area within about 2 years. and international income would be in the millions, but like Edison, I don't have the expertise to take it to the next level, regarding finance.
