Having listened again it appears to me that there may have been a falling out with PAC and co.
If IVZ zeroed out one of their big clients, the ones who dumped on discovery, I imagine that would not have gone down well.
Further evidence, I wonder if this is part of the reason they continued to dump was SM said there was some push back at offering same terms to retail.
