Chart thread stealth, so everything despite the blow ins off topic comments this relates to Chartists and shorter term trading then a buy and hold mentality. Not saying long term holders isnt the smart money or trying to get into a TA versus FA debate.

Smart money in TA terms are the big holders, trading houses who have the power to move the markets, hence the term to trade alongside the smart money, to follow the smart money. To mimic their moves and buy and sell as they do thus taking advantage of the day to day fluctuations.
