Hi Fitza A worthy and informative thread. I'm not sure people on this thread deem him as a messiah - however his approach to the business is as professional as it comes - in the spec business that is. There is doubting that there is not the speed in the development compared to other speccie companies - however the development for purpose is unparalleled in any of my shares. His communication is conservative and measured - and leaves little ambiguity. For some this could be construed and weak - but for a mum and dad investor (like myself) he offers stability - at a very unstable time. During the decline in the markets and SSN shareprice - there has been no time when I have felt I was on a share that had no interest in my money and investment. I think that is why Samson is so well held in admiration by shareholders
