Don't really agree Waldo . Most of them have two good wages coming in now . The issue is that their expectations are higher . There aren't that many prepared to start right at the bottom. Affordability to me is access to funds and rate of repayment and in that respect buyers have never had it better.
But it is what it is . Whatever the era no one gets a free ride
