I think you're trying to discredit Julie Bishop here by associating her with Kevin Rudd. And its not working.
As far as effectiveness on the job as foreign ministers, they are chalk and cheese. One talks a lot of psycho babble and the other, well she just gets on with the job and achieves.
And she is certainly not an ear wax gourmand. (Is there even a word for that little hobby? Perhaps you could ask him and let us know)
