I agree bacci. but when they are in the midst of war and fuelled by a determination not to surrender, knowing they will be killed instead of arrested and tried in a court of law, even a martial court, the motivation to surrender is hard to muster.
obviously it won't happen while there is a hot fight ongoing.
Israel/IDF needs to allow a ceasefire and then walk into Gaza to take their prisoners.
