I would suggest he was simply a coward that saw women as an easier target, would not offer as much resistance. The footage shows a number of occasions where he deviated away from males that appeared to offer or threaten resistance to him. Like almost all criminals, they target who and what they perceive as the easiest or weakest target, he was nothing but a pathetic coward!
