Had my eyes on this stock for a while, but avoided it during its pandemic share spike last year as I felt the share price was being pumped by short term trading optimism because of covid consumer trading patterns and also was put off by large insider sales last year (when insiders sell big I am ALWAYS nervous of buying).
Remember insiders know their business inside out, as passive shareholders we will never have access to that detailed inside working knowledge of the business. If insiders sell big, thats a very big red herring for me.
But this is all history now.
Share price has corrected down 65% from its highs of $25 and is now trading roughly roughly to were it was this time last year.
Now is the time in my opinion to start getting a feel for the underlying strategic valuation of the business, as opposed to market opinions of Kogan as reflected in the share price.
