Sure, the dynamics are different but this war , as all wars, has been fomented by certain powers and institutions, manipulated to profit as much as possible and as far as the birth of a monster - well, we all know how that was created.
And what did Turkey have to do with prolonging the Iran Iraq war, any more than they are responsible for prolonging this one ?
