Network costs will always be a huge part of the bill as long as we keep expanding the thing. The problem is usually penny pinching and a lack of maintenance untill things start falling apart, then it's full on cost to repair. Once this big spend coming up to host renewables is done things should settle back to a betetr balance and reduced bills becasue of renewables.
