it's not a rort at all. Super income in retirement is tax free, why should income from company shares be treated differently to income from an investment property?
Are you saying that that you will be taxed on dividend income?
Income from Company Shares is dividend income.
If you are suggesting that you will be paying tax on that, you are being totally dishonest or ignorant.
