i know some landlord making good money.... jacking up rent....
but thats only for landlord that dont have mortgage... they pay off the house and now getting
$750 a week...
but you do know if they sold their house and put in a bonds or term deposits.. they get 5 to 7 percent a year..
so play piano instead
