you brought your house at 17 percent interest.... the house cost you $100k...

who cares if you about 17 percent interest if your borrowing only 100k...

in today 2024....

you borrow $1m loan.... at 4 percent interest...

thats is still massive compare to you before...

we talking about ratio.....

if a house cost me $80k and the interest at 25 percent ill take it asap....

cost me 20k a year only....
