The German housing market is extremely different from Australia. Germany has a very low level of home ownership & uses very long rental agreements with vastly different tennant tights & cultural values. Germans are well known for obeying laws & regulations, Australians not necessarily so. Chalk & cheese. If you're going to use a country to provide a solution to Australia's problems I'd find a better alternative.
