I actually remember walking around our neighbourhood in London at night, collecting money and the pieces of paper in the day when people did the football pools. It was really quite scary, but we just did what we could to earn a few bob. My brother and I did an early morning paper round for a while too. But I always had various Saturday jobs and saved the money so that when I started full time work, I bought some really nice clothes to start off with. Yes I am a senior, but in my head, I am still that young girl in the 60’s But on the other hand I think quite a lot about passing on. I suffer from hideous panic attacks on a daily basis, so it may be a relief. Who knows. I would love to think that I could meet my loved ones again. But I also worry for my family left behind in this crazy scary world.
