Instead, it's "US" the small Mum & Dad property investors that work ourselves into the grave to purchase homes to provide ungrateful individuals like yourself a place to call home.
Only for yourself to fail to look after the properties & refuse paying rent, as soon as the keys are handed over.
It's about time those as you call leaches, like yourself step up & accept personal responsibility & provide your own residence & stop leaching on the property owners & free Government handouts.
P.S. For all the good tenants out their to which there are definitely some very good ones give yourself a pat on the back "well done" but as for the likes of trent, well really I cant see much of a future for this nasty individual.
