Rarely, much in the way of sensible conversation on this thread without gratuitous name calling, Joane - not that you or I are without guilt when in response to the insults thrown. Given both of us are old hands at the game in a professional sense it behooves me to remind you that almost everyone that has purchase RE thinks they know more about RE than someone with >50 years working in the sector: hence the old saying - 'EVERYONE IS AN ESTATE AGENT .' As a result, you're going to get debating points that often stray from reality, and morph into immature, schoolyard insults. Nor do most care to capitulate when shown to be wrong. That said, it's always interesting to hear their perceptions. Even those blinded to reality sometimes come up with valid points.
