    NSW business leaders call for reinstatement of dining vouchers (msn.com)

    The report found 35 per cent of hospitality sector businesses in NSW are contemplating closure, which is roughly double the 18 per cent for businesses generally.

    Almost half of hospitality businesses have had to reduce staff hours or employee head count and 61 per cent are having cash flow disruptions.

    More than 80 per cent reported a decline in customer visits and 77 per cent reported lower customer spending.

    This week hatted restaurant Redbird and its sister eatery Tequila Daisy will shut up shop, while Japanese restaurant Tetsuya's has announced it will close in July after 35 years.

    Already this month, Secolo Balmain, Lima Bar in Bondi and Crown Sydney's Silks have closed.
