I have been doing a great deal of reading about this homeless crisis. Even though I am a property investor, I am also concerned about increasing homelessness. So many mistakes have been made by current and previous governments. There can be no quick fix unfortunately, so I like to keep up to date with what is proposed. Where are all these people supposed to live if they cannot pay their rent, or afford to buy. If NG is abolished, it will be grandfathered. So I am not concerned personally. Here is another point of view, which I believe rings true.
It would really help a great deal if the name of this thread was less aggressive towards landlords. It does not encourage sensible discussion, quite the opposite. It need not be a mud slinging argument thread either.
