CLQ went up from similar market cap to > $400mil now. Their Capex is nothing less than $500mil. I think they need even more, like $700mil something. But it didn't stop the SP rose from 3c to 80c.
If CLQ is not a good reference, then how about GGG ? Their capex is billions $$ & it still didn't stop them sitting on almost $200mil market cap.
I think ARL has lots of room to run still. Full steam ahead
