To be clear, Karoon was asked to meet on 1st may and 3rd may and Karoon board didn't just refused but insulted a major shareholder by ignoring their email and then after contacting chairman they said they are busy so anyone on this forum with 1,00,000 shares forget about getting anything from this management.
the ego of the board is to refuse to meet in advance is a first sign it is time to sack them and tell them who pay them wages !
