After a lot of ringing around on Friday I am nervous about Latitude. Evidently demand is not high . You cannot place fixed price bids through any of the brokers. You go in and get final price. Now thinking it is worth $1.80 to $2 . I would not be at all surprised if: 1. It gets done at $2 at best 2. Probably be re priced from $1.80 to $2 3. Could even be pulled again
I will do nothing unless 2 above happens. Anyway, good luck to those that are going in with current pricing. It is an excellent business relative to benchmarks but they want too much for it.
