Just a question for the handymen on site, we have had 350 mil rain here in Brisbane since Thursday , we have a tile roof and have been in the home 5 years, never had a problem even in big storms but after all this rain ive notice a few water spots on the ceiling in a few rooms, have been up in roof cavity ( which nearly killed me, low roof) and saw no tile damage but did see numerous drips of water where tiles met in may places, none of the tiles were cracked and capping is in good shape, i hate tile roofs and would never have one if i built but is this just a case of tiles not handling the volume of rain?.
