That's a disgraceful attack on those women who served, and there were plenty of them who suffered and lost their lives in brutal circumstances.
They looked after our soldiers and disregarded their own safety while doing so.
Don't even try and walk that one back, it's an utterly disgraceful comment.
They also worked in factories here, hard labour for anyone!
