you are out of date and I am quite clear that your capacity for looking at things other then through your own perspective is very distorted.
let me tell you about a case I heard about. Now I didn’t listen to all of it so who knows and it wasn’t a criminal case it was a family law matter. A father was to be given access to their child and the judge must have agreed the father was abusive because the access was to be supervised. (By the man’s own father ) who had apparently aided and abetted the abuse. The mother was beside herself and in tears but had no choice but to agree or else she was at risk of contempt of court.
I can give plenty of others or women who far from doing what you suggest are abused and treated appallingly by their partners.
I have no idea why you are so obsessed by the idea that it is women who do the wrong thing. But there is some psychological reason you are fixated
