and the chances are that if the criminal case hadn't been abandoned due to claimed juror bringing in additional (mis)information, Lehrmann would have been found guilty. but we won't know unless the case is retried.
now with new information being found the AFP are 'looking into" such info.... the AFP chief says they are not "investigating" but looking into the new claims.
