as to succinct. The judge wrote nearly 400 pages. Sometimes when there is complexity it pays to set out reasoning. Now I know people who see themselves as smart think getting to the point is the point. And I know people who aren’t quite as smart as they like to think they are don’t like complex and reasoned responses. Two reasons - it interferes with their prejudice (did you check the Latin roots of the word because you really ought to) or they don’t have the mental capacity to absorb it.
which is it that explains why you haven’t bothered reading the judges response - every last word of it
