    I have already said the judge's decision is extremely defendable. Have you got this? This does not mean he is wrong - got it?

    I also said he could just as well have written a similar piece the other way and it would be just as defendable.

    In order to make a decision he admits to dismissing a part of Bruces testimony. If he went the other way, he would have dismissed a part of Brittany's testimony. No better and no worse as each such decision could be picked at. Perhaps his own personal bias comes int play as to what evidence he chooses to dismiss in order to start the decision making process.
