I was hoping someone would bring up Bruce appealing the decision and this is my in.
If Bruce did appeal, he might stand a chance of winning, but I think a draw is more likely.
In the event of an appeal the judges might throw the whole thing out on the understanding that neither case could be supported. That is the truth defence could not be proven to a sufficient degree given the many lies Brittany told and likewise Bruce's degree of defamation could not be sufficiently proven given his degree of lying as well.
Each party pays their own costs accordingly so a partial win for Bruce who remains a scum bag. Brittany a scum bag too.
