I have already addressed the 1 judge versus a jury issue. Each still needs to form a view either way or in-between. Anyone can look up the perceived issues with each type as well as the perceived advantages. I already said I prefer the 1 judge way, so no one is running away. It is all in your head.

Traumatized rape victims simply don't make up claims of having acquired false documentary evidence from third parties like a doctor. No one has provided a better explanation then this just being one lie of many from a scammer. This goes doubly so given the faked leg bruise evidence.
