I see the same problem of course. I'm unfamiliar with the processes but I think initially all his goods are confiscated.... does this include his cocaine stash?
do they still garnishee wages until the debt is paid? pretty tight when its a very large sum for a labourer.... why not for a former Lib staffer.
where's he going to get work? he might carry on at uni for his law degree... but would any office hire him?
he might go to TAFE and learn electrician certificates and get a job in the mines.
I'll read his memoir after he's retired in 50 years.
