another cause is the desire for private practice specialists to increase their revenue. the type that the right abhor and label as rich fat cat surgeons are all making up new procedures and even doing unnecessary jobs on people with are gullible.

Another poor attempt to denigrate the private health system. Private health is not 'Subsidised" as much as the public system. The taxpayer carries ALL the cost of the public system. The private patients pay most of the cost of their treatments and in doing so takes the pressure off the public system.
