    End of the day, Scotty.

We all only have one vote to cast, supposedly the idea of a referendum is to take Party politics out of the equation, allowing each individual to caste their vote based on their own thoughts and views.
In essence, I believe that referendums are costly.
Perhaps that’s why they are so far apart in our history?
But on a positive note, they’re only rarely used, it’s even rarer that they are misused and normally they’re only used after the duopoly have basically exhausted all of the normal avenues of standard political debate.

I will pull you up on your claim that I’m on the “unpopular side”.

That is clearly an assumption and you are no different to me, hairyback or dave sss, we all have one.

    Until they count the votes

If the Yes mob get up, I’ll be happy to coincide with your appraisal of today.

PS Your appraisal of today doesn’t disprove the fact that this Voice Referendum could Blow Up in the Labor Party’s face or that this Referendum is a risky play for Albo and his Muchacha’s (very poor phonetic spelling of Spanish for Mate’s).
