The ownership situation has basically been that Tamboran and Daly Waters/Sheffield are 50/50 with each other. Following Falcon's sad move to drop to 5% ORR in the development blocks the both hold 47.5% pre-US listing/fundraise. I was just checking that I hadn't missed something in terms of Sheffield/Formantera's interest in TBN. The IPO doc states ~16.7% is their interest.
I'm always trying to figure out when/how/if Sheffield will seize control of the entire basin...and seriously hoping he doesn't saw off the value I see in TBN.
