Nothing stated, those with experience should be able to infer something about the timing from the prelim document that was released.
I cannot imagine this will be a long process, Tamboran fundraising, approval, JV election (of which Falcon appears to have removed itself from), notification of activity commencement and actually getting going is going to take some time. These wells are scheduled to be done inside H2/24.
I will be surprised if the underwriters don't have their part done in the next couple weeks.
