That's an almost three month old extract from The Economic Times (when spot pricing was double what it is right now). The Economic Times is an Indian newspaper of dubious credibility after numerous failed fact checks. I'd encourage anyone to instead watch this recent interview with BMI's COO (Andrew Miller), from just 12 days ago. There's no mention of a potential supply deficit in 2025, despite being pressed by the interviewer for a forecast. He did mention that he expects supply/demand to be finely balanced until later this decade though.

Better to get it straight from the horse's mouth than relayed 3rd hand from a news source of questionable reliability.
