the real fact of the matter is this was brought up in parliament and Morrison got up on his hind legs to make a serious pronouncement of Holgate's dismissal.
has this ever been done before? we would need to reach Hansard for any precedent. but my memory contains no previous circumstance of the like.
therefore its unprecedented imo.... but I'm happy to be corrected.
was this a rational decision? was it well informed?
