So we now have 10 or 11 bids for the court to look at assuming DA one is additional to recievers. If nothing else it will give court something to compare to the DA secret deal.
Has the DA seen the receivers 10 bids I wonder, maybe they are all low ball offers, thus the action DA are taking, supposedly in companies best interest.
